I was trying to think of an interesting place to take some photographs -- to show off my neat new winter jacket -- when I realized I live on the very scenic sim 3Bears.
Not only is it my own back yard, I noticed that the 3Bears guys have got some nicely designed little houses and installed them in attractive, friendly neighbourhoods. There's a lot to be said for starting your SL in a place like this,
with just over a hundred prims. You have a place to change clothes, rez your purchases, decorate a little, and install a piece of sex furniture with 700 combinations in the menus ;-) That's all you need when you're starting out.
The little brownstones here are a very nice space, 117 prims for L$350 a week. I rather liked the boathouses here, 146 prims for L$440 a week, because there's a boat dock at ground level and one big room above. It's actually more effective to have a single room than two floors, if
you have a strict prim allowance; you can focus your decoration more effectively. Less, as they say, can be more.
I'm not sure about the effects of the recent prim upgrades; we tenants haven't seen any effect of it yet, but I've sort of been expecting it. Mind you, I'm not sure of the conditions defined by Linden Labs. The 3Bears folks know better than anyone at this point.
The gentlemen at 3Bears are easy to get along with, responsive to your needs,
and have a nice taste in public decor. Talk to Galileo Bear-Michalski (galileo.michalski) and tell him I sent you. He will be surprised, because I decided to give you this little tour on my own; 3Bears doesn't pay me, I just think you might enjoy these little houses. If nothing else, you can wander around and take some pictures, but Gali will help if you have questions. Enjoy!

124: Out for a walk and having some fun with a sculpture
The message came through my 3Bears feed that the sims are being redone in spring mode -- so I decided to go for a walk. There was some nice vivid green foliage and beautiful new plants. I ran into Galileo Michalski, my landlord, and complimented him on the new brownstones that have been so popular. (Sorry,
guys, all rented at the moment; they went FAST.)
Then I wandered over to the shopping district and had a happy accident. You know how sometimes you can be walking around and end up a little bit off course? I wound up right in the middle of a kinetic sculpture outside the 3Bears Foundation Gallery and decided to take a bunch of pictures! I just let my camera
sit and allowed my AO to take over, moving me around -- I'd refresh whenever I thought I had a nice composition, but had to be lightning-quick. I had fun and got some interesting shots!

114: A small memorial for FRKLBear
One of my neighbours, FRKLBear, died suddenly (of a heart problem, as I understand it) the other day. He was much loved in our community and was a devoted bear. There will be a memorial service in the Plaza at 3Bears at 5:30-7:30 SLT on Tuesday, February 17 (this SLURL should get you there). Tonight, a few of his friends were hanging out at his house, sharing memories. If you want to join them, you can find his house here. I was there a few minutes ago, just taking some pictures, and paying my respects. Of course my sympathies at this time are with his RL and SL family and friends; he will be missed.

102: Joseph Nussbaum sits on my deck
I finally managed to connect with Joseph Nussbaum for an interview. Joe's been a neighbour of mine for quite a while, and I've always seen him as one of the reasons why my home sim, 3Bears, has such a big presence in the artistic community. Yes, 3Bears has nightclubs and shopping, but it also has a sculpture garden and galleries and lots of public art.
So I've been pestering Joe for quite a while to sit down for an interview and this morning it all came together. I know he's been away from SL, pretty much, for a few months now and I'm happy to say that I think this interview signals his resting period is over for the moment. We're lucky!

[10:21] Rusty Redfield: okay, let me
*click* punch this
button -- there.
[10:22] Rusty Redfield: Okay! I'm here with my friend and
neighbour Joseph Nussbaum.
[10:22] Rusty Redfield: Welcome Joe!
[10:22] Joseph Nussbaum (edward.nussbaum): hey Rusty!
[10:22] Joseph Nussbaum (edward.nussbaum): Nice to be here
[10:22] Rusty Redfield: I've known Joe
for AGES and admired
his artwork, so I've asked him for an interview and we finally connected.
[10:23] Rusty Redfield: So -- Joe, I know you've been in SL
for six or seven years ...
[10:23] Rusty Redfield: 1. Why do you stay in Second Life? What keeps you here?
[10:23] Joseph Nussbaum
(edward.nussbaum): I've been here
certainly for a long time - I joined actually many years ago, when I was living
in Europe, but left, and then returned several years later
[10:24] Rusty Redfield: I had two accounts before this one,
so I'm secretly an old hand myself LOL
[10:24] Joseph Nussbaum (edward.nussbaum): I got involved in
the arts here when I saw what people were actually doing!
[10:24] Joseph Nussbaum (edward.nussbaum): hehe - I still
have my original account too
[10:24] Joseph Nussbaum (edward.nussbaum): which is over 8
years old :-)
[10:24] Rusty Redfield: wow
[10:24] Rusty Redfield: I suspect mine
would be, if I could
remember the password ROFL
[10:25] Joseph Nussbaum (edward.nussbaum): but I started my
artistic endevours by creating music for scultpures
[10:25] Rusty Redfield: I should say, for those who don't
know, that Joe is involved with the artistic side of the sim where I live,
3Bears
[10:25] Rusty Redfield: not only as an art producer but as a
curator, is that right?
[10:26] Joseph Nussbaum (edward.nussbaum): Yeah - I was out
of SL for a few months and have only returned inthe last few days - I needed a
rest
[10:26] Rusty Redfield: I was going to ask you about
that. It's something I've heard of
before, taking a break; I think
it's healthy and I gather you agree
[10:27] Joseph Nussbaum (edward.nussbaum): yeah - I was
working at the Ursa Gallery at 3Bears, and also running some shows and whatnot
here
[10:27] Joseph Nussbaum (edward.nussbaum): I work now mainly
with photography and video
[10:27] Rusty Redfield: yes indeed
[10:27] Rusty Redfield: well, give me a minute, we'll circle
back to that
[10:27] Joseph Nussbaum (edward.nussbaum): ok :-)
[10:27] Rusty Redfield: right now, my OCD wants to ask the
questions in order <laughing>
[10:27] Rusty Redfield: 2. What are the qualities that
attract you to people in Second Life?
[10:28] Joseph Nussbaum (edward.nussbaum): but I started by
working in music, which is my major in RL
[10:28] Joseph Nussbaum (edward.nussbaum): aha ok
[10:28] Joseph Nussbaum (edward.nussbaum): The people in SL
are much freer to create here
[10:28] Rusty Redfield: yes indeed
[10:29] Rusty Redfield: It's amazing how many pathways you
can follow here
[10:29] Joseph Nussbaum (edward.nussbaum): Everybody comes
into SL with a purpose - to meet people, to create, to do all kinds of things
[10:29] Rusty Redfield: those are the two main headings, for
most people I know here
[10:30] Joseph Nussbaum
(edward.nussbaum): yeah, and my time
that I have been here has been enriching; I don't just come in here to take
pictures, I have become friends with people from all over the world
[10:31] Joseph Nussbaum (edward.nussbaum): but in the art
field, I enjoy creating structures and designs that take advantage of all the
technical qualities available here in SL
[10:31] Joseph Nussbaum (edward.nussbaum): full stop.
[10:32] Joseph Nussbaum (edward.nussbaum): :-)
[10:32] Rusty Redfield: well, that brings me to #3, which is
where you let loose LOL
[10:32] Rusty Redfield: go ahead, tell me ...
[10:32] Rusty Redfield: 3. What are you working on, as a
form of artistic expression or in order to earn money, or both?
[10:32] Rusty Redfield: more videos? (If you give me a link, I'll add it
here for people to see your work)
[10:33] Joseph Nussbaum (edward.nussbaum): I do it as an
outlet for artistic expression, but I don't mind making money as well
[10:33] Rusty Redfield: heh heh I know, right?
[10:34] Joseph Nussbaum (edward.nussbaum): I have made a lot
of videos using pop music as a basis, but also my own music, too.
[10:34] Joseph Nussbaum (edward.nussbaum): I am currently
working with other artists in SL to make some more linear-type films
[10:34] Rusty Redfield: I think my long-time readers will
remember a piece from last summer -- I got onto it when you showed up with five
friends at a Pride dance, all in little frog avatars
[10:34] Rusty Redfield: "I Want to Marry a Lighthouse
Keeper"
[10:35] Joseph Nussbaum (edward.nussbaum): oh yes that video
was fun :-)
[10:35] Joseph Nussbaum (edward.nussbaum): I have video
sites around the web - I will try to get the addresses here, one of them is on
YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCgtQSpSGmeGUrGfzl6FyW0g/videos
[10:36] Rusty Redfield: there you go, thanks! That saves me
a lot of detective work!
[10:36] Rusty Redfield: who are you working with on the more
linear-type films these days?
[10:36] Joseph Nussbaum (edward.nussbaum): http://www.dailymotion.com/bmstudios
[10:37] Joseph Nussbaum (edward.nussbaum): this is my
Dailymotion website
[10:37] Joseph Nussbaum (edward.nussbaum): aha - I am
working with a poet - his name is Colin Bell
[10:37] Rusty Redfield: I'm not sure how to express this --
is Dailymotion for one kind of video, and Youtube for another?
[10:37] Joseph Nussbaum (edward.nussbaum): I am working with
him and Boris Twist, another great film maker in SL
[10:38] Rusty Redfield: Yes, I know Boris, I've definitely
seen his work
[10:38] Joseph Nussbaum (edward.nussbaum): We will be
creating some videos together. You can see one on YouTube - "Haiku" -
let me get the address
[10:38] Rusty Redfield: <grin> this is the one I liked
on Facebook, right?
[10:38] Rusty Redfield: beautiful soundscape
[10:38] Joseph Nussbaum (edward.nussbaum):
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=z_0TzHGBK3k
[10:39] Joseph Nussbaum (edward.nussbaum): yeah that was it
:-)
[10:39] Rusty Redfield: from a Gertrude Stein poem
[10:39] Joseph Nussbaum (edward.nussbaum): I also create
advertisements (video and photos) for profile shots, commercials etc
[10:39] Rusty Redfield: you surely do!
[10:40] Rusty Redfield: You've done a few pictures for me,
which I loved -- not showing anyone except the BF though <laughing>
[10:40] Joseph Nussbaum (edward.nussbaum): I made a few
films for Sabor Skytower and Buck Mischief for some of his products for sale in
SL
[10:40] Joseph Nussbaum (edward.nussbaum): lol!
[10:40] Joseph Nussbaum (edward.nussbaum): I also did a
photography magazine called
"Angle Works", which I might start up again
[10:41] Rusty Redfield: Are you currently showing your print
work, or curating any shows here in SL?
[10:41] Joseph Nussbaum (edward.nussbaum): not at the
moment, no. I had a show at 3Bears up until I left last year, but that's closed
now. I might set up a new show this year, maybe open a little gallery on my
own, but thatr remains to be seen
[10:42] Rusty Redfield: the possibilities are endless!
[10:42] Rusty Redfield: but definitely, folks, check out the
video.
[10:42] Joseph Nussbaum (edward.nussbaum): I like to use the
context of SL to create works to be shown in RL, I haven't done a lot of shows
in SL, I have to admit
[10:42] Rusty Redfield: So here's a question that I always
ask for the benefit of new residents in SL ...
[10:42] Rusty Redfield: 4. If you could give advice to your
earlier self in the first month that you spent in Second Life, what would you
say?
[10:43] Joseph Nussbaum (edward.nussbaum): "Stop being
so quiet - get out there and make noise!"
[10:43] Joseph Nussbaum (edward.nussbaum): :-)
[10:43] Rusty Redfield: hahaha!
[10:43] Rusty Redfield: good one!
[10:44] Rusty Redfield: but "walk the fine line between
self-expression and griefing" LOL
[10:44] Joseph Nussbaum (edward.nussbaum): yes! no Griefing!
[10:44] Rusty Redfield: just a couple more questions.
[10:44] Rusty Redfield: for the fashionistas and
fashionistos among us --
[10:44] Rusty Redfield: 5. What do you like most about the
way that your avatar looks?
[10:46] Joseph Nussbaum (edward.nussbaum): I've really
worked hard on my avatar to try to balance the look all over - I like the way
the proportions fit. I of course have had help with it - a shout out to Buck
Mischief for his eye for that!
[10:46] Rusty Redfield: well, that's pretty crucial, isn't
it? everyone here has had help with their av, I think
[10:47] Rusty Redfield: I've heard from many people that
mentoring is an important concept here
[10:47] Joseph Nussbaum (edward.nussbaum): I think so too -
I keep tweaking at mine, improving it bit by bit - it is a slow process to get
that correct proportion
[10:47] Rusty Redfield: ohh yes
[10:47] Rusty Redfield: tweaking is a constant process
[10:48] Rusty Redfield: balancing out different measurements
[10:48] Joseph Nussbaum (edward.nussbaum): yep - I also have
a mesh body, so I have clothing for regular avi and mesh avi
[10:48] Rusty Redfield: me too -- we were talking about that
before the recorder went on
[10:48] Joseph Nussbaum (edward.nussbaum): and different
shapes to go with each
[10:49] Rusty Redfield: I love the mesh bodies, just tough
to find certain clothing "looks" to go with, say, l'Uomo
[10:49] Joseph Nussbaum (edward.nussbaum): yeah - it's a
constant search to find new stuff all the time, but I work at it
[10:50] Rusty Redfield: <grin> it's not shopping if
it's work LOL
[10:50] Rusty Redfield: so, one last question
[10:50] Rusty Redfield: 6. What’s your favourite place to
spend time in Second Life?
[10:50] Rusty Redfield: (I always love to hear these because
it guides me to new things to see and do)
[10:51] Joseph Nussbaum (edward.nussbaum): Well, I've been
gone for a while, but when I was here, I stayed at 3Bears (of course); but it
had great relaxed parties and quiet times between
[10:51] Rusty Redfield: that's why I've lived here for quite
a while
[10:51] Joseph Nussbaum (edward.nussbaum): I also enjoy
checking out the LEA Sims to see what people are doing in the art world
[10:51] Joseph Nussbaum (edward.nussbaum): the "Linden
Endowmwnt for the Arts" sims
[10:52] Joseph Nussbaum (edward.nussbaum): that is :-)
[10:52] Rusty Redfield: ahh good
[10:52] Rusty Redfield: thanks for that, I wasn't sure what
LEA was
[10:52] Rusty Redfield: but yes, I've been there and it's
pretty amazing stuff
[10:53] Joseph Nussbaum (edward.nussbaum): yeah - of course
I enjoy some of the art galleries in SL , but Im not sure if they are still
around since I left lol
[10:53] Rusty Redfield: <grin> I'll give you some
recommendations after we shut off the recorder
[10:53] Joseph Nussbaum (edward.nussbaum): cool!
[10:53] Rusty Redfield: so, Joe, I do appreciate your
sitting down with me today
[10:53] Joseph Nussbaum (edward.nussbaum): thanks for the
time, Mr Rusty
[10:53] Rusty Redfield: I always ask if there's anything you
want to get off your chest, or anything I forgot to ask
[10:53] Joseph Nussbaum (edward.nussbaum): I have enjoyed it
[10:53] Rusty Redfield: go ahead, philosophize
[10:55] Joseph Nussbaum (edward.nussbaum): not sure - I
think that SL offers us the ability to do much more than just one kind of thing
here in SL - there are many places to hear popular forms of music, for example,
and I go to them myself, and enjoy it! But there are som many other things
going on that are wild and crazy , and they deserve attention as well
[10:55] Rusty Redfield: <smiling> or as I put it, it's
not all dancing, shopping, and fucking
[10:55] Joseph Nussbaum (edward.nussbaum): lots of unusual
avant'garde concerts, ambient muci, cool new builds to see
[10:55] Joseph Nussbaum (edward.nussbaum): exactly!
[10:55] Rusty Redfield: so MUCH out there -- dig in!
[10:56] Joseph Nussbaum (edward.nussbaum): that's right! go
for other things!
[10:56] Rusty Redfield: well, thanks again ... I'm delighted
to know you're back inworld more often now
[10:56] Joseph Nussbaum (edward.nussbaum): thanks Rusty! I
am happy to be back
[10:57] Rusty Redfield: okay, now, let me find the off
button here *click*
Joe's a busy guy and I was happy to get a little of his time. Check out those videos and his other work; Joe always has something going on and it's always worth seeing.

085: Skating in the 3Bears Snowglobe
A couple of days ago, I had a notification from 3Bears sim, where I live, that they were doing a seasonal installation to celebrate winter-time. Now, I'm always one who likes to find his fun in his own back yard, and I know the 3Bears guys are always thinking of ways to help us enjoy ourselves. So Alex Thaub and I dropped over to find out just what the promised Snowglobe was.
As you can see from the pictures, it's a huge installation that contains a charming skating rink. (I've tried to show the scale of it with the first few snapshots I took.) I do skate in real life, but I haven't had a chance to do so for a couple of years; somehow it's just been too much effort to dig out my old hockey kit. So I was delighted to have a chance to skate in Second Life. And you know, it actually
felt real. I spent a lot of winters on the ice when I was a kid, and as I watched myself using the free skating animations, well, you know, it was almost like I could feel the cold of the outdoor pond and my hands getting sweaty in my mittens, and my leg muscles loosening up as I started to remember a few skating tricks ...
We met one of the principals of 3Bears during our visit, Galileo
Michalski, who's a pretty good skater himself it seems. There's a full set of ice dancing animations, free ice skates, seasonal decoration, and a really nice winter-time feeling to this installation that you have to experience to get. Why, it was almost like the real thing in rural Canada, where I can look out my back window and see one of my neighbours putting in a back-yard skating pond.
When you add in the charm of a little seating area around the fire, where Alex and I enjoyed some cold-weather snuggling, it was a very happy hour for me and I think you'll enjoy yourself too. This SLURL will take you to the teleport disk just outside the snow globe, where you can teleport yourself in. Skates, skating animations, and snuggly fire are all free to enjoy super photo op if you are
so inclined -- just bring your own hot chocolate for afters!

047: Colt Emerald sits on my deck
As I mentioned the other day in an interview, I'm just learning how to play Greedy. I dropped into the Greedy table at 3Bears and had a game with an experienced player, Colt Emerald -- who had some bad luck this afternoon. Instead of a table dance, I decided to settle for an interview and Colt graciously agreed!
[14:27] Rusty Redfield: *click* And we're on. I'm here today with Colt Emerald, and I
have to say this is the first time I've ever won an interview as part of a
Greedy game ROFL
[14:27] Rusty Redfield: Welcome Colt!
[14:27] COLT EMERALD (colt.emerald): musclehugs rusty
[14:27] Rusty Redfield: right back atcha buddy
[14:28] Rusty Redfield: I understand you haven't seen my
blog, but it's nothing to worry about -- no questions you'll have trouble
answering
[14:28] Rusty Redfield: six easy questions and then the
bonus round ROFL
[14:28] Rusty Redfield: so, first --
[14:28] Rusty Redfield: 1. Why do you stay in Second
Life? What keeps you here?
[14:29] COLT EMERALD (colt.emerald): The friendships, the
experiences, the building, the beauty,,and yes the musclehugs and yes..the
closeness u build with others..thats the build that never gets destroyed
[14:29] Rusty Redfield: oh, are you a builder?
[14:29] Rusty Redfield: definitely a skill I do not have
[14:30] COLT EMERALD (colt.emerald): always there to help
out if a sim or a friend needs a hand..from houses to sex toys to harnesses and
other things to make a guy look hot
[14:30] Rusty Redfield: excellent!
[14:30] Rusty Redfield: I can see you take your own advice
about looking hot <grin>
[14:31] Rusty Redfield: is that a l'Uomo body?
[14:31] COLT EMERALD (colt.emerald): well the harness and
arm bands and nipple rings are mine..clothing i dont do..i get cox stuff cause
its hot
[14:31] COLT EMERALD (colt.emerald): oh yeah a zax luomo
with a shape they made years ago cant find anymore
[14:31] COLT EMERALD (colt.emerald): zac
[14:31] Rusty Redfield: ahh okay
[14:32] Rusty Redfield: and a lot of people agree with your
about the building closeness being important here
[14:32] Rusty Redfield: me included
[14:32] Rusty Redfield: which segues nicely into the next
question --
[14:32] Rusty Redfield: 2. What are the qualities that
attract you to people in Second Life?
[14:33] COLT EMERALD (colt.emerald): if they are drama free
and honest..no not shady..well always just get along..lot of people on
secondlife i am grateful to call friends
[14:33] Rusty Redfield: well put
[14:34] Rusty Redfield: now, I was going to ask you about
the harnesses, but I knew already that question #3 would come into it --
[14:34] Rusty Redfield: feel free to do any kind of
self-promotion you want, that's why I ask the question
[14:34] Rusty Redfield: 3. What are you working on, as a
form of artistic expression or in order to earn money, or both?
[14:35] COLT EMERALD (colt.emerald): for fun...to create
something no one else has..have a few friends i just build them something
special then they are the only ones..its just a cool expression..act of
love..of closeness
[14:36] Rusty Redfield: so there's no store where you can
buy the harnesses?
[14:36] Rusty Redfield: that DOES make them special to the
owners I"m sure
[14:36] COLT EMERALD (colt.emerald): nope not yet..i do
emerald creations..where i make things..just building inventory..making stuff
along the way...yeah i tell em..nope wont make it for another..makes them
special and hot
[14:37] Rusty Redfield: will this be a store in the future,
or on marketplace, or both?
[14:37] Rusty Redfield: "I don't know yet" is also
a good answer LOL
[14:38] COLT EMERALD (colt.emerald): well i have sex toys on
marketplace..eventually if might turn to a store....its just a fun break from
rl work and the gym..something thats mine...when i see men wearing my stuff its
like damn right..you are hot and special enjoy
[14:39] Rusty Redfield: okay -- so I'll throw in a link to
Emerald Creations before I post this then, if that's how to find the stuff
[14:40] Rusty Redfield: BTW, I'm always amazed at how many
guyswho wear muscular bodies here are gym-goers in RL
[14:40] Rusty Redfield: I used to think guys came here to
get muscles they don't have in RL, but -- seems like the other way around
[14:41] COLT EMERALD (colt.emerald): colt looks similiar to
me in real life minus the ear rings...230 pounds of muscle buzz cut baby blue
eyes and work out 5-7 times a week..and yes im single in rl
[14:41] Rusty Redfield: wow! What part of the world might
someone find those 230 pounds?
[14:42] COLT EMERALD (colt.emerald): the boring midwest
rusty..should be 250 pounds of muscle by the end of the year
[14:42] Rusty Redfield: if we're going to advertise might as
well go all the way LOL
[14:42] Rusty Redfield: <grin> I also have a theory
that guys who come from boring places, like you and me, have more time ot work
out
[14:43] Rusty Redfield: okay! next question ...
[14:43] Rusty Redfield: 4. If you could give advice to your
earlier self in the first month that you spent in Second Life, what would you
say?
[14:44] COLT EMERALD (colt.emerald): younger colt heres some
drama free spray..use it often it repels unwanted drama..and here is some troll
away cologne for the players that will waste your time..have

Cologne, I think I could sell a case or two of THAT! ROFL
[14:45] Rusty Redfield: but yes, I am always amazed at how
many people come here to NOT have fun
[14:45] COLT EMERALD (colt.emerald): true...
[14:46] Rusty Redfield: I think I may have anticipated the
answer to the next question, but ...
[14:46] Rusty Redfield: 5. What do you like most about the
way that your avatar looks?
[14:46] COLT EMERALD (colt.emerald): looks hot...not
uppity..honest...and love the clothes i find from stan cox
[14:47] Rusty Redfield: that's what you were saying earlier,
about Cox -- I have some of their stuff too. Very sexy
[14:47] COLT EMERALD (colt.emerald): i love his new sim cox
resort..its cool
[14:47] Rusty Redfield: I'll throw in a Marketplace link too
-- (Cox on Marketplace is here)
[14:48] Rusty Redfield: damn, you know, it's like you're
reading my mind, my next question --
[14:48] Rusty Redfield: 6. What’s your favourite place to
spend time in Second Life?
[14:49] COLT EMERALD (colt.emerald): there are four places i
spend my time..3 bears, cox resort, suedland and rustic winds
[14:49] COLT EMERALD (colt.emerald): depends on what im in
the mood for
[14:49] Rusty Redfield: gotcha. Do you have a house anywhere?
[14:50] COLT EMERALD (colt.emerald): have a house on 3

beachhouse i built and have a house at rustic winds..for relaxation
[14:50] Rusty Redfield: wow!
[14:50] Rusty Redfield: three, that's more than anyone I've
ever met
[14:50] Rusty Redfield: I meet quite a few people who don't
bother
[14:50] COLT EMERALD (colt.emerald): well i build...so when
one sim is laggy i goto another house
[14:51] Rusty Redfield: <grin> when one sim is laggy,
I go to bed LOL
[14:51] Rusty Redfield: well, that's all my usual questions,
but I always offer people the chance to say anything they want
[14:51] Rusty Redfield: philosophy, instructions, yelling
and screaming -- up to you -- any questions I should have asked you?
[14:52] COLT EMERALD (colt.emerald): ask another question of
your choosing whatever you wanna know..open book
[14:52] Rusty Redfield: well, I hope I have a readership
among newbies, so if you wanted to say anything to them, that would be great
[14:53] COLT EMERALD (colt.emerald): newbies...use your
drama free spray..if you need help making your av hot look me up and realize
this is a fun game..give it a chance..musclehugs
[14:54] Rusty Redfield: Great stuff! that's all I've got --

Colt's a good sport, lots of fun, and very knowledgeable about working out -- that's something else you can ask him questions about if you run into him, we had a good chat after the interview about stuff like external obliques ... thanks again Colt!
